| 最低應繳金額 Minimum amount payable |
持卡人每期最低應繳金額為【當期一般消費帳款x10%+(當期預借現金+前期未清償之消費帳款及預借現金等應付帳款)x5%】(不足新臺幣1,000元以新臺幣1,000元計或等值約定外幣(適用雙幣卡)結付)+每期應付之分期本金及利息+超過信用額度之全部使用信用卡交易金額+累計以前各期逾期未付最低應繳款項之總和+循環信用利息及各項費用。 Minimum payment due in each billing cycle will be 10% of card charges incurred in the current billing cycle plus 5% of all other balance due, plus card charges in excess of credit limit , the sum of unpaid minimum payment due in previous billing cycles , finance charges , principal due under installment plan and interest , other fees and charges payable below NT$1,000 the minimum payment due will be NT$1,000 or equivalent foreign currencythe , minimum payment due for each billing cycle shall be the sum of the NTD minimum payment dues of all cards. |

| 國外交易授權結匯 Authorized Exchange Settlement for Foreign Transactions |
持卡人所有使用信用卡交易帳款均應以新台幣或約定外幣結付，如交易(含辦理退款)之貨幣非為新台幣時，則授權銀行依各信用卡國際組織依約所列之結匯日匯率直接換算為新台幣或約定結付外幣，加計銀行應向各該國際組織給付之手續費及銀行以交易金額百分之0.5計算之國外交易服務費後結付。 All credit card transactions shall be paid in NTD or the agreed foreign currency. When the currency of transaction (including refunds) is other than NTD , the cardholder authorizes TTBC to convert the transaction amount into NTD or the agreed settle-ment currency based on the exchange rate provided by the international credit card organizations on the date of exchange settlement and add the fees that TTBC must pay international organizations as well as a foreige transaction service fee charged by TTBC at 0.5% of the transaction amount. |
